1. This event is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend on the scheduled date, you may transfer your booking to an alternative date (subject to availability). Alternatively, you can arrange to collect your event package from the venue, or we can arrange delivery to your address.

2. Please note that this is a one-person per booking event. Children are not permitted to attend without a separate booking; each participant must have their own reservation.

3. By attending the event, you consent to photos or videos taken during the afternoon tea being used in sy'a teas' promotional materials.
