Refund Policy

Returns and exchanges

We offer a 15-day exchange and return policy for tea accessories bought from our website. Within 15 days of receiving them, you may return any tea accessories you bought from our website for a refund or exchange as long as they are still in their original packing and condition. Please note that packaged teas and loose leaf teas are not returnable, exchangeable or eligible for any refunds. Please send us an email at customercare@bioteablends.com with all the necessary information to start a return or exchange for tea accessories bought from our website, and we will make the necessary arrangements.

Refunds

Upon receiving and examining your returned item(s), we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the same. We will also communicate to you the acceptance or denial of your refund. If it is accepted, we will execute your refund; however, we can only offer store credit at this time. If we are unable to accept your exchange or refund, we will send your item(s) back and let you know the reason for rejection.

Exchanges

We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item(s) after has receiving and examining the same. Additionally, we will let you know whether your exchange was accepted. We will send the replacement item(s) you've chosen after approval to exchange the returned items is processed at our end. If we are unable to accept your exchange or refund, we will send your item(s) back and let you know why.

Cancellation

In order to cancel your order, please contact us at customercare@bioteablends.com within 4 hours after placing your order. We will strive to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee a successful cancellation once this period has lapsed.
